• Training materials can be accessed at: http://www.umsystem.edu/ums/departments/is/peoplesoft/training/finance88/epro.shtml. It is encouraged that all participants review this material before attending a training session, particularly the tutorial. Training materials will not be distributed in the training sessions.



• An ePro Security form is required for both current and new users. This form can be mailed to Marcia Brewer, 113 Heinkel Building or provided on the day of training. Access to eProcurement cannot be granted without this Security Form and appropriate training, as required.

Training Schedule

Current users are encouraged to attend the Auditorium Style training sessions. At these sessions, the primary focus will be on how to access and use the new “Show-Me Shop” and changes in the requisition process. Registration IS NOT required for the auditorium style training sessions. These sessions are held in Ketcham Auditorium (Engineering Bldg East)

Re-Cap Slides for Auditorium Style Powerpoint Presentation

New users to PeopleSoft (procurement module) will be required to attend Hands-On training. As space is limited, you MUST register to attend one of these sessions, by emailing Marcia Brewer. These sessions are held at MU Procurement Services located at 113 Heinkel Building.
